With 100mg magnesium per teaspoon, Good Night Lotion promotes restful sleep, normal sleep cycles, heart health, healthy blood sugar levels, digestive health, immune system and supports detox and healthy pregnancies. It can determine absorption and use of other nutrients in the body, too, like vitamin D.

Good Night Lotion is formulated with natural magnesium chloride and plant based butters & oils (it’s not itchy like sprays, and doesn’t cause digestive upset like pills). It’s also very easy to use — simply rub it into belly or legs approximately 15 minutes before bed time.

Supplement Facts:

Apply a pea-sized amount to legs or belly 10 – 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.
